Abstract
Canteen is a facility that provides food and beverages on a limited scale, typically located within institutional environments such as schools, universities, offices, or other workplaces. Over time, innovations have emerged to create integrated canteen services, commonly known as e-canteens. SMA NU 1 Gresik is a senior high school that has adopted e-canteen technology named Nusafood. With the Nusafood application in place, an evaluation is needed to assess the quality of the application. One of the most important factors in improving the quality of the Nusafood application is measuring user satisfaction, as user satisfaction reflects users' evaluations of the services they experience. This study aims to determine user satisfaction with the Nusafood application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method, incorporating the main variables in TAM. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with five variables: Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU), and Actual Usage (AU). The study is quantitative in nature, as the data collected consists of questionnaires from 282 Nusafood users. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS with the PLS-SEM method. The results of this study indicate that all six hypotheses tested can be accepted, as each variable correlation is positive and significant.
