Abstract

The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation across various sectors, including Sharia-based savings and loan cooperatives. KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri in Nganjuk Regency has implemented a website-based service to enhance operational efficiency and transparency. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the quality of the website service using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which comprises five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. A quantitative approach was employed through purposive sampling, involving 130 cooperative employees as research participants. Data were collected via questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 27.0, including tests for validity, reliability, normality, multiple regression, Z-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that Accuracy and Timeliness have a significant positive impact on user satisfaction, whereas Content exerts a significant negative influence. Meanwhile, Format and Ease of Use do not show a statistically significant effect. With a determination coefficient of 40%, the independent variables collectively contribute meaningfully to user satisfaction. Accordingly, the study recommends a thorough evaluation of website content and strategic improvements to service accuracy and timeliness, in order to optimize the information system’s performance and enhance its competitivenes
