Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of Companies in Surabaya. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees of Companies in Surabaya. This study used a purposive sampling method with the criteria for research samples using employees working in Companies in Surabaya. The sample used was 69 respondents. The data in this study were processed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study state that: 1) The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance of Companies in Surabaya; 2) Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance of Companies in Surabaya; 3) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance of Companies in Surabaya.
