Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Green Innovative Behavior (GIB) and Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (GOCB) with Environment Managerial Support (EMS) as a moderating variable. This study was conducted at PT. Global Jet Express, Menganti Gresik Branch, a shipping service company, which has not fully implemented the principle of sustainability in its operations.The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Global Jet Express with a minimum of one year of work experience. The results showed that Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on Green Innovative Behavior and Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In addition, Environment Managerial Support acts as a moderator that strengthens the relationship between Green Human Resource Management and the two dependent variables. With strong managerial support, employees are more motivated to innovate in environmentally friendly practices and increase awareness of sustainability within the organization
