Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Green Innovative Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction in employees of CV. Indigo Sejahtera Sidoarjo which is a manufacturing industry. This research method uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained through a questionnaire of 75 samples, namely CV Indigo Sejahtera employees with SEM-PLS data analysis techniques. Green Human Resource Management has a significant positive effect on Green organizational citizenship behavior, Job Satsfaction and Green Innovative Behavior in employees of CV. Indigo Sejahtera Sidoarjo. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Green organizational citizenship behavior and Green Innovative Behavior. Green Human Resource Management has a significant positive effect on Green organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of Job Satisfaction. Green Human Resource Management has an effect on Green Innovative Behavior with the mediating role of Job Satisfaction on employees of CV. Indigo Sejahtera Sidoarjo.
