Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial compensation, discipline, and workload on employee performance using work motivation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were employees at UPT Aneka Industri dan Kerajinan, while the sample was all employees with a total of 35 employees. The research design used was causal, while the instrument in collecting data used a questionnaire. The data in this study were processed using Smart PLS 4. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the moderation test, it showed that work motivation did not moderate the effect of financial compensation, discipline, and workload on employee performance.
