Abstract
ABSTRACK the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of employee experience factors on employee engagement and its impact on employee turnover intentions of generation z in service companies in east java. this study aims to analyze and measure the results of the variables that have been identified by the study. the research method that will be used is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. the sampling technique used is total sampling. data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires filled out by 65 generation z employees at service companies in east java with an age range of 18-27 years. in this study, the test used in statistical analysis is a hypothesis test using smartpls 4.0 software. based on the results of management, the results of this study indicate that the physical experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, so that h1 is accepted, technical experience does not affect employee engagement, so that h2 is rejected, the cultural experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, so that h3 is accepted, physical experience does not affect turnover intention, so that h4 is rejected, technical experience does not affect turnover intention, so that h5 is rejected, cultural experience does not affect turnover intention, so that h6 is rejected, employee engagement does not affect turnover intention, so that h7 is rejected.
