Abstract
This study entitled Transaction of Employee Experience Influence on Turnover Intention with Mediating Employee Engagement in Generation Z at Coffeeshop in Surabaya aims to determine the cause of high turnover rates through employee experience and employee engagement. The sample of this study was 110 generation z employees who work in coffeeshops throughout Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of employee experience on turnover intention. Turnover intention occurs due to a lack of positive work experience and low employee engagement. When employees do not get experiences that support their development and comfort in the workplace, motivation and loyalty to the company decrease. Weak employee engagement worsens this condition, increasing their intention to leave the company.
