Abstract
ABSTRACK Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Transformational Leadership in improving Employee Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction at PT. Jasamarga (Persero) Surabaya-Gempol Branch. This study aims to analyze and measure the results of the variables that have been identified by the study. The research method that will be used is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection was carried out using a direct survey method to the company with 130 employees who are still actively working at PT. Jasamarga (Persero) Surabaya-Gempol Branch. In this study, the test used in statistical analysis is a hypothesis test using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Based on the results of the management, the results of this study indicate that the Transformational Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the Transformational Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the Transformational Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through the mediation of the Job Satisfaction variable.
