Abstract
This research aims to analyze and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in recording the production of Vehicle Registration Certificates (STNK) and number plates as an effort to improve excellent service in related agencies. The methods used include literature studies, interviews, and observations of current processes. The research results show that there are still several obstacles in the recording process that affect efficiency and public satisfaction. Therefore, an SOP was prepared which includes steps from registration to publication of STNK and number plates, with an emphasis on transparency, speed and accuracy. Implementation of SOPs is expected to improve service quality, reduce waiting times, and increase user satisfaction. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for agencies in improving the quality of public services in the field of motor vehicle administration.
