Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle and use of fintech on the financial management of generation Z in Surabaya. The sample for this research consisted of 270 generation Z who live in Surabaya and carry out financial management. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that financial literacy has no effect on financial management, lifestyle has a negative effect on financial management, while the use of fintech has a significant positive effect on financial management. This study provides insight into the role of financial literacy, lifestyle, and the use of fintech in shaping the mindset that influences Generation Z's financial management. These findings imply that Generation Z must develop good financial management to be more confident in making wise decisions in managing their finances.
