Abstract
This study aims to explore the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty with customer profitability as a mediating variable in Emina skincare products. The method employed is a survey using questionnaires distributed to Emina customers in Surabaya. The research findings indicate that customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Additionally, customer profitability serves as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of maintaining customer satisfaction to enhance loyalty and profitability in the increasingly competitive skincare industry. This research provides insights for companies in marketing strategies and product development to meet customer expectations and improve their experiences
