Abstract
The acceleration of digital banking in Indonesia is quite strong, as evidenced by the growth in the number of digital banking platforms in Indonesia, causing the number of digital banking users to increase. Digital banking adoption can be influenced by user interface, accounting information system, and service quality. This study aims to examine whether user interface, accounting information system, and service quality influence digital banking adoption. The research was conducted using basic quantitative methods at BNI Bank in Surabaya. The sample used a questionnaire targeting 180 respondents, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Testing was performed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the concurrent test results, user interface, accounting information system, and service quality have a significant impact on digital banking usage with a contribution rate of 43.1%. Based on partial testing of accounting information systems and service quality, they have a significant impact on digital banking users. Partial user interface variables do not have a significant effect on digital banking users.
