Abstract
The internet in today's digital era can be said to be very practical. Various small and large business activities take advantage of this development to run their businesses. One of them is digital marketing. Many business actors market their products through digital marketing on the grounds that it can increase product sales. The purpose of this study is to implement a digital marketing system carried out company and to find out obstacles and provide assistance in solving any problems from the company the if they have implemented digital marketing. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach using the research object company. Data sources will be taken from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the uses digital marketing as a marketing and promotional media by utilizing social media Facebook, WhatsApp and several online platforms Shopee, Facebook, Tokopedia, and the Company Profile Website. These social media and platforms are quite effective in informing products from the company and interacting directly with customers. However, there are still obstacles faced company in implementing digital marketing such as unstable internet connections and lack of human resources due to many orders due to promotions on social media. However, the impact of implementing digital marketing carried out by the company CV Anugerah Jaya Abadi can increase product sales in the company.
