Abstract
Diversity in gender, age, race, educational background and nationality are factors that companies must consider when selecting someone to serve on the company's board of directors. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of gender diversity, age and tenure on company value. This research was conducted on basic materials sector companies included in the 2020-2022 Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. This research sample was selected using purposive sampling. This research obtained data from 53 companies with a total sample used in this research of 151 samples. Testing this hypothesis uses a multiple linear regression test with SPSS version 16 software. The results of this study show that gender diversity has a significant positive effect on company value, age diversity has an insignificant negative effect on company value and tenure diversity has no effect on company value.
