Abstract
This thesis is entitled "Intention and Behavior Using Mobile Banking Using the UTAUT Model Approach and the Role of Trust Perceptions, Risk Perceptions and Security Perceptions". Setting up a mobile banking application is not easy. There are many things that need to be considered, including expectations of its performance by users, whether the mobile banking that will be used is suitable for all customers in running their business, the impact on its use, experience in using it. The goal that researchers want to achieve is to test and analyze the influence of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, facilitating conditions, on intention and interest in using. Perceived security, perceived trust, perceived risk, intention and interest in using influence usage behavior. The design of this research is quantitative research. The population in this research is customers using Jconnect Mobile Bank Jatim Kangean Branch, the number of which in the final period of 2022 is 2,728 customers. The sample used in this research was purposive random sampling using the Slovin formula, totaling 349 customers. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires. Research hypothesis testing was carried out using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using PLS (Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this research are that Performance Expectations, Business Expectations, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions have a positive and significant effect on Intention and Interest in Using. Perception of Security, Perception of Trustworthiness have a Significant Positive Influence on Using Behavior. Risk Perception has a Negative and Significant Influence on Using Behavior.
