Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Bhirawa Steel aims to identify and analyze the steps that have been taken and it is hoped that the results of the analysis can be used as valuable input in preparing the marketing strategy of PT. Bhirawa Steel. Analysis of the marketing strategy of this study used SWOT analysis, using a qualitative research design method, the units observed in this study were marketing strategy and SWOT analysis. Informants come from department representatives and customers. Informants represented by employees were 10 informants, while customers were represented by 4 informants. Information related to the marketing strategy was obtained from direct interviews with all informants, conducting field observations and collecting secondary data in the company. The result of this research is the implementation of marketing strategy at PT. Bhirawa Steel has been running well even though it's not 100% perfect. Management has attempted to set up a marketing strategy in order to increase sales, and the most important thing in the successful implementation of the marketing strategy is the commitment of superiors and marketing managers, to correct and control the marketing strategy for steel product competition
