Abstract

Shopee Is A Marketplace Application Founded By Chris Feng, Which Currently Has Offices In Various Countries, Starting From Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, The Philippines And Brazil. Shopee Users Have Complained Of Experiencing Various Problems. The Complaint Was Also Conveyed On Social Media Such As Twitter And Instagram. The Cekgangguan.Id Site Received More Than 2,850 Reports Regarding Network And Service Disruptions At Shopee Indonesia. This Study Aims To Analyze The Success Of The Shopee Application Using The Delone And Mclean Methods. The Research Data Was Obtained From 200 Respondents Who Filled Out A Questionnaire For Shopee Users In East Java. Data Were Analyzed Using The Amos SEM Analysis Model. This Study Proves That Use, User Satisfaction Has A Significant Effect On Net Benefits And Performance Impacts. This Research Has Implications For Increasing User, User Satisfaction, Net Benefits Which Ultimately Have An Impact On Application Performance.
