Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by the performance of its employees. In this era of the Covid-19 pandemic, facts show that employee performance tends to decline. This is problematic for the company, because the company's performance will also decline. Therefore, it is important to know what factors affect employee performance, seen from various variabels. This study aims to analyze how much influence Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Self-Efficacy has on Employee Performance through mediation by employee Job Satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method by using a questionnaire, which contributes to this study as many as 200 respondents from private sector employees in the financial and banking sectors. This study uses SPSS analysis tools to measure Validity and Reliability and PLS-SEM to measure the relationship between variabels. The results of this study reveal that Organizational Commitment affects Employee Performance directly and is mediated by Job Satisfaction. And directly Organizational Culture has no effect on Employee Performance but Organizational Culture mediated by Job Satisfaction has an effect on Employee Performance. Then Self-Efficacy affects Employee Performance but is not mediated by Job Satisfaction.
