Abstract

Along with the current rapid technological developments, banks must be able to provide convenience and comfort for better banking services for customers and non-customers, one way is by innovating and digitizing through the launch of the BRImo product from Bank BRI. BRImo is the latest internet data-based application, a development from the previous BRI Mobile, which combines the functions of mobile banking, internet banking and electronic money into one application with a more complete transaction menu and attractive features. This study is to examine the effect of self-efficacy on intentions to use the Brimo application by mediating perceived usefulness, ease of use and risk on BRI Bank customers in Surabaya. This study used a sample of 220 respondents, which were distributed through an online questionnaire using Google Form. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) variant and the software used is WarpPLS 7.0. The results of the study show that self-efficacy significantly positively affects perceived usefulness and ease of use, self-efficacy significantly negatively affects perceived risk. Perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly positively affect behavioural intention, perceived of risk significantly negatively affects behavioural intention. Self efficacy significantly affects behavioural intention the BRImo application on BRI Bank customers in Surabaya by mediating perceived usefulness, ease of use and risk
