Abstract

Along with the times, many MSMEs have utilized digital marketing as a widely used marketing medium. Digital marketing provides many benefits for business actors and consumers who act as users, these benefits are in the form of ease in making buying and selling transactions of goods / services. In addition, digital marketing also saves time and energy, because with digital marketing, business actors and consumers do not need to meet directly. Similarly, Orange Shoes Care MSMEs that sell shoe washing services, these MSMEs use Instagram as a marketing platform for the products offered, However, these benefits have not been carried out optimally so that the income from the sale of its services had decreased quite drastically in the second month. Therefore, in this final project, marketing strategy optimization is planned by maximizing the features provided by Instagram. The strategy used is to improve Instagram content and then collaborate with influencers, utilizing Instagram adsvertisement and Instagram shopping features. With the optimization of this marketing strategy, better feedback will be obtained from the target market of Orange Shoes Care MSMEs, good feedback from consumers affects the increase in income that will be obtained by Orange Shoes Care MSMEs.
