Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Environment (X3), and Employee Performance (Y) on PT employees. Daiva Artha Semesta. Based on the researcher's objectives, using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. Quantitative methods are positivistic methods, namely research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain sample populations, data collection using research instruments, analysis of this data is quantitative/statistical in nature to test the hypotheses that have been established in this research (Sugiyono, 2019:16) The data source that will be used is primary data. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has no significant positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while work discipline has no effect. significant positive effect on employee performance.
