Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Capital Structure, Managerial Ownership, Profitability on company value, where research was conducted on infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data, this research uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The samples obtained according to the criteria were 46 companies with a total of 230 data observations. From the tests that have been carried out, the following research results were ob tained: First, simultaneously capital structure, managerial ownership and profitability have a significant effect on the company. Both capital structures have no significant effect on company value. The three managerial ownerships have a significant positive effect on firm value. The four profitability have a significant positive effect on company value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Managerial Ownership, Profitability
