Abstract
Stock return is the profit or reward that will be received by investors for the investment decisions they have made. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, and dividend policy on stock returns of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2021. The samples used in this study were 23 companies (230 observational data). The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns, profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, and dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns.
