Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, company size, company age, financial leverage, and auditor reputation on the underpriced level of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2021 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies that carry out Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and experience underpricing which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and data obtained as many as 117 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 24 test tool by testing descriptive statistics, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity, F test, R2 test, t test, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study state that profitability and firm size have a significant effect on underpricing. Meanwhile, firm age, financial leverage, and auditor's reputation have no significant effect on underpricing.
