Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and employee welfare on employee performance. This study's population consists of millennial employees in East Java. The sample used in this study was the Millennial Generation, with a total of 134 respondents, with a distribution of 34 small sample respondents and 100 large sample respondents. This study used a purposive sampling method. analysis of the research data using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee welfare has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance.
