Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, inflation on financial distress. The population in this study are companies in the retail trade sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. This study uses the dependent variable, namely financial distress, while the independent variables use liquidity, profitability, leverage, and inflation. The research sample consisted of 144 companies in the retail trade sub-sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis.
