Abstract
Environmental degradation is a phenomenon that has the potential to continue to occur, where it will encourage anxiety within a person. The presence of environmentally friendly products, such as electric cars, is expected to reduce anxiety about environmental damage. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived scarcity, eco-anxiety, and attitudinal loyalty. The sample used in this study consisted of 208 respondents. The results of this study indicate that perceived scarcity has a significant influence on each of the eco-anxiety dimensions (eco-anxiety affective symptoms, eco-anxiety rumination, eco-anxiety behavioral symptoms, and eco-anxiety anxiety about personal impact), which then only one dimension of eco-anxiety (eco-anxiety rumination) which has a significant effect on attitudinal loyalty. This research succeeded in examining that the scarcity of environmentally friendly products makes a person feel anxious about environmental conditions that tend to get worse. The higher the feeling of anxiety (until it continues to be a recurring thought) can affect attitudinal loyalty. These findings encourage companies to focus on monitoring the market for the availability of environmentally friendly products so that consumers avoid feeling anxious about the negative impacts of environmental damage. Keywords: Green purchase, consumer loyalty, consumer anxiety, electric vehicles, green mobility
