Abstract

Globalization and the development of more advance dageare today, a lot of competition on the company's increasingly crowded field of manufacturing, services, trade, and industry. In the management of the company always strives to make the company become number one and could becomean international company. One way to do these companiesis to manager the human resources of the company through increased employee performance. The sample use this study are employees of the accounting departmenta the banking's the town of Kediri. From the analysis of research that variable compensation significant effecton employee performance accounting, while the results ofthe analysis work motivation variable does not significantly affect the performance bank employeein the accounting Kediri.
