Abstract

Intention is a prefix in carrying out an action. Intention is very important because it can get the pleasure of Allah and the Messenger. Intention can be a foundation of belief in achieving goals. This study aims to examine the effect of ease of use, perceived security, and perceived benefits on consumer intentions to use e-payments in paying zakat, infaq, and alms based on the technology acceptance model in the Surabaya area. The number of respondents in this study were 178 respondents with the criteria of having an e-payment account. Data collection techniques are purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The sampling technique used to see the effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable is using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS3 program. The results of this study explain that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on the intention to use e-payment, perceived security has no significant effect on the intention to use e-payment, and perceived benefits have a positive effect on the intention to use e-payment. Keywords : Intention to Use, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security and Perceived Usefulness
