Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate, Gross Domestic Product, and Financing to Deposit Ratio on Non Performing Financing of Islamic commercial Banks in Indonesia. The populations and sample used in this study are Islamic banking registered with the financial services authority for the 2016-2020 period, with a total 15 companies. This study uses secondary data by using the financial reports contained on the website of each bank. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16 as data processing software. The results of this study indicate that Inflation, Exchange Rates, Gross Domestic Product have no effect on Non Performing Financing, while the Financing to Deposit Ratio has an effect on Non Performing Financing.
