Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial distress, profitability, busy season, and audit fee on the audit delay in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used were as many as 120 samples. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS 24.0 test tool by descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results showed that busy season has negative significant effect on audit delay, but financial distress, profitability, and audit fee has no effect on audit delay.
