Abstract
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are needed to assist Small and Medium Enterprises to achieve the desired goals. With the application of SOP financial reports on daily premium roasted coffee beans so that they can find out profit and loss and calculations in accordance with accounting principles. Data collection techniques using primary data include interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the recording of financial statements on daily premium roasted coffee beans was not in accordance with accounting standards and did not have SOP, so that financial operational planning had not run optimally.
