Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of composition of the board independent commissioners, institutional ownership and the size of company toward corporate social responsibility disclosure on BEI. The data used are secondary data from published financial statements and annual report, in addition, the observed report are financial statements and annual report in period 2011-2012. The sample numbers of the firm in this study are 20 companies of conventional banking. This study used multiple regression data analysis techniques. The test result reveal that from the observed variables do not give effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, these variables among others composition of the board independent commissioners, institutional ownership and the size of company toward corporate social responsibility disclosure.
