Abstract
This study aims to further examine the factors that affect audit delay, such as company size, audit fees, financial distress, solvency, and audit opinion. The method used is the non-participant observation method. The data collection method uses an indirect method, namely collecting data from data sources related to Audit Delay. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that company size, audit fees, and solvability have an effect on Audit Delay, while Financial Distress, Solvency, and Audit Opinion have no effect on Audit Delay
