Abstract
UMKM Berkat Lintang Bening is an UMKM that produces banana chips with the brand “KRIPPIS”, which has two different locations for production and packaging and distribution. The production location is not always supervised by the owner, causing a lack of consistency in purchasing raw materials, especially since there is no written SOP for raw material procurement to serve as a guideline. This study aims to design a SOP for the procurement of raw materials for UMKM Berkat Lintang Bening so that it can be used as a written guideline to improve the consistent purchase of raw materials. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. This research resulted in the design of a SOP for the procurement of raw materials for UMKM Berkat Lintang Bening in the form of a draft and flow chart, so that the purchase of raw materials would be more consistent and systematic.
