Abstract
Financial reports have a very important role for MSMEs. The importance of managing financial statements for a business is to find out the profits earned in one period. However, MSMEs Abi Jaya does not have financial reports, even MSME owners also often keep notes of proof of payments or purchases. The purpose of this research is to help MSME Abi Jaya in the process of compiling simple financial reports based on Microsoft Excel and provide guidance on the importance of having a business having financial statements. This study used a qualitative descriptive method in which the data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The result obtained is a simple Microsoft Excel-based financial report design that can help MSMEs in the process of preparing financial reports so that they can find out the profit for each period.
