Abstract
A bank is a financial intermediary institution generally established with the authority to accept deposits, lend money, and issue promissory notes or what is known as a banknote. This savings account is very suitable to be used as a safe saving medium. So the purpose of this study is to determine the recognition, recording, measurement or assessment and disclosure or presentation of simpeda savings transactions at Bank Jatim Undaan Surabaya Branch. The data obtained in this study used a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study are: there are 4 types of simpeda savings accounting treatment (accounting recognition, measurement or assessment is calculated based on the amount of funds deposited by the customer to the bank and the interest calculation is in accordance with that set by the customer, the recording is done using the accrual basis method / recorded at the time of occurrence of transactions, and disclosure or presentation of Bank Jatim Undaan Surabaya Branch in the Balance Sheet and Income Statements.
