This study aims to determine the significant effect of bank soundness with the RGEC model in predicting financial distress at National Private Banks (BUSN) Foreign Exchange during the 2016-2020 period as measured by using the ratios of NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA, NIM, and CAR. The population in this study were 22 National Private Private Banks (BUSN) Foreign Exchange with 110 observational data that matched the sample criteria during 2016-2020 and the sampling technique was using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics and logistic regression using SPSS software.
