Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of debt policy, firm size, and sales growth on dividend policy. The population used in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. Thein this study used sampling techniquepurposive sampling and produced a sample of 25 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Data analysis was processed using SPSS 22 software. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the variable debt policy and sales growth had no effect on dividend policy, while the firm size variable had an effect on dividend policy.
