Abstract
Modal structure, company growth, and profitability had identified as factor which influencing company value. The aim of this research to testing the influence of modal structure, company growth, and profitability toward company value. This research uses purposive sampling as sampling technique. Based on criteria that used in this study found 147 companies of manufacture become sample from 2012-2014 period. Secondary data that used in this research taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Variables of this research are modal structure, company growth, and profitability as independent variables, company value as dependent variable. The result of this research indicate that modal structure have significant effect on company value, company growth does not have significant effect on company value, profitability have significant effect toward company value, Keywords: Capital Structure, Corporate’s Growth, Profitability, On The Corporate’s Values
