Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, activity and good corporate governance (managerial ownership) on firm value in the property & real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 12 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study state that simultaneously the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, activity and good corporate governance (managerial ownership) has a significant positive effect on the value of companies in the property & real estate industry. estate listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. Partially, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, partially liquidity has no effect on firm value, partially leverage has no effect on firm value, partially activity does not affect firm value, and partially GCG (managerial ownership has no effect on firm value.
