Abstract

The development of technology from year to year has increased significantly, so that it has an impact on all aspects, one of which is the aspect of the world of education. The world of education must adapt the process of teaching and learning activities with technological developments. Learning methods are currently changing along with the development of information technology. Current information technology is very accessible to students. In the past, students obtained information from print and television media, but for now, information is very easy to obtain by accessing the internet. Based on the average result of the Teacher Competency Test (UKG), the national target is 8.0, but for the average UKG in East Java in 2019 is 60.75, the lowest score is obtained by Pasuruan Regency and City and Lamongan Regency. These results are still not according to the target that has been set because there are several things that must be evaluated, especially teacher pedagogic competencies, because these competencies are the main components of teachers related to the quality of teaching and learning in class. This community service provides material related to the use of educational technology applications. The teachers were given material related to the development of 4.0-based technology, the use of quizizz and kahoot applications, the use of the google classroom application, and the use of the webinar application in the virtual learning process. The results of this community service that have been followed by the MGMP team of economic teachers in Pasusuruan City have shown maximum results, as shown by the enthusiasm of the teachers in simulating the applications that have been provided and completing assignments on each material that has been delivered.
