Abstract
Perum BULOG Subdivre Surabaya Utara is a branch office of Perum BULOG Surabaya Utara which is engaged in logistics/warehousing and the sale of commercial food commodities to Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK). Perum BULOG Subdivre Surabaya Utara has established Operational Standards, covering several stages and processes to expedite a company's operational activities. This study aims to determine whether the standard operating procedures for selling Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) in Perum BULOG Subdivre Surabaya Utara have been effective in accordance with the provisions of the existing procedures. The data used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely observation and interview techniques by comparing the theory and sales procedures applied by Perum BULOG Subdivre Surabaya Utara in order to get a conclusion. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the standard operating procedure for selling Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) at Perum BULOG Subdivre Surabaya Utara has been running well and effectively because the sales procedure to partners of Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) which is carried out includes a number of methods and stages, including the method of ordering ( Delivery Order), commodity inventory, sales to partners, Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK), storage of commodities in warehouses, and transportation of commercial commodity shipments. The conclusion that can be drawn by the author is that the Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales of Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) at Perum BULOG Subdivre Surabaya Utara have a systematic order and process in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
