Abstract
Financial management behavior is the behavior in which a person manages finances. There are several factors that influence financial management behavior, including: financial knowledge (Fatmawati and Lutfi, 2020); financial attitude (Humaira and Sagoro, 2018); and personality (Triani and Rahma, 2014; Putri, 2019). This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude and Personality on Financial Management Behavior at Pogot Market Traders in Surabaya City. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using primary data obtained by survey method using a questionnaire. A sample of 100 merchant respondents was collected by distributing questionnaires directly in the Surabaya area, and after obtaining the validity and reliability tests. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the structural model equation method using the SmartPLS3 program. The test results show that there is a positive influence of Financial Knowledge on Financial Management Behavior on Pogot market traders with tcount (0,520) (1) and the significance value is smaller than 0,0, namely ,000 (2) there is a positive influence of Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behavior on market traders Pogot with tcount (-0,462) and the significance value is smaller than 0,05 namely 0,001, (3) there is a positive influence of Personality on Financial Management Behavior on Market Traders Pogot with tcount (0,766) Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude and Personality on Management Behavior on market traders Pogot with Fcount (0,588) and the significance value is smaller than 0,05 which is 0,000
