Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyzing Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Adversely Clasified Asset (ACA), Interest Rate Ratio (IRR), Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) and Cost to Income Ratio (CIR) to Return On Asset (ROA) at Conventional Regional Development Bank or Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD. BPD Istimewa Yogyakarta, BPD Kalimantan Barat, and BPD Nusa Tenggara Timur are samples from this study. This study used purposive sampling. The period of this study is first, 2015 to the fourth quarter, 2020. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously LDR, IPR, NPL, ACA, IRR, OER and CIR have a significant effect on ROA. LDR, ACA, OER and CIR are partially insignificant to ROA, which have a significant effect on ROA are IPR, NPL, IRR.
