Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Adversely Classified Asset (ACA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER), and Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR), to Return On Asset (ROA), simultaneously and partially at Conventional Bank Pembangunan Daerah. This study used purposive sampling with three samples, BPD Kalimantan Barat Tbk, BPD Nusa Tenggara Timur Tbk, BPD Sulawesi Utara Tbk. The period of this study was the first quarter 2016 until the fourth quarter of 2020. This study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study revealed that LDR, IPR, ACA, NPL, IRR, OER and FBIR have a significant effects on ROA, simultaneously. IRR and FBIR has a positive significant effects on ROA, partially. OER partially have a negative and also significant effect on ROA. IPR and ACA has a positive insignificant effects on ROA, partially. LDR and NPL partially have a negative and also insignificant effect on ROA
