Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of income, financial knowledge, and locus of control on the management and financial well-being of workers. Samples were taken as many as 329 respondents who meet the criteria already have a job, have a minimum income of Rp. 4,000,000, aged 20-60 years, and domiciled in Gresik, Surabaya, and Sidoarjo. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study prove that income has a significant positive effect on financial management and welfare. Meanwhile, financial knowledge has no influence on financial management and financial welfare. In addition, locus of control has a positive and significant influence on the management and also the financial welfare of workers
