Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing and non-performing financing on the profitability of Islamic banks as proxied by return on assets (ROA). This study uses sample of seven Islamic banks in Indonesia, which were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study prove that mudharabah financing has no significant effect on profitability, musyarakah financing has a significant effect on profitability, non-performing financing has a significant negative effect on profitability. This discovery suggest Islamic banks to properly manage musharakah payments so that they can control non-performing financing and have a positive impact on increasing bank profits.
