Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency, and solvency on Return on Asset of stated owned banks. This study uses secondary data obtained from published financial reports and the Indonesian Banking directory sourced from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used purposive sampling based on certain criteria, with a population of stated owned banks in Indonesia. The parameters that used to compare bank financial performance are financial ratios which include the ratio of ROA, LDR, IPR, APB NPL, PDN, IRR, BOPO, and PR. Based on the results of the F test that has been carried out, the eight variables LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, PDN, IRR, BOPO and PR simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Asset at Stated Owned Banks. The results of the F test show that the liquidity ratio, asset quality, sensitivity, and solvency together have a significant effect on Return on Asset in the sample bank of the study. Meanwhile, based on the processed test results, it can be seen that of all the independent variables in the study, namely LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, PDN, IRR, BOPO and PR, only one independent variable has a significant effect on Return on Asset of stated owned banks, namely APB, while for the independent variables LDR, IPR, NPL, PDN, IRR, BOPO and PR have an insignificant effect on Return on Asset of stated owned banks. Keywords: Stated Owned Banks, Return on Asset, LDR, IPR, APB NPL, PDN, IRR, BOPO, PR
